The Pittsburgh Penguins cameback from a 2-0 deficit at Madison Square Garden, but still lost 3-2 in overtime to the New York Rangers last night. Jared McCann and Justin Schultz scored the Penguins goals in the second period. Matt Murray stopped 24 of 27 shots in goal for the Pens, who will visit New Jersey Friday.
The Pens played without Sidney Crosby, Kris Letang and Patric Hornqvist who are injured and are not on the road trip.
