The Boston Bruins defeated the Pittsburgh Penguins 6-4 last night. It was the seventh straight time the Pens failed to win in Boston. The Bruins jumped out to a 3-0 lead, sending Penguins goaltender Matt Murray to the bench. The Pens then rallied with four goals in the second period to take the lead. However, Boston would score twice in the third period against Tristan Jarry, then hit an empty-net goal at the end of the game.
The Pens visit the New York Islanders Thursday.
