The Pittsburgh Penguins suffered their worst loss of the season, falling 7-1 to the Dallas Stars last night at PPG Paints Arena. The Pens allowed six goals in the opening period alone. They have allowed 22 goals in the first period in their 17 games this season, most in the NHL. This was also the sixth time they gave up at least five goals in a game.
