The Pittsburgh Penguins won their first game of the season Saturday night in Pittsburgh as they beat Nashville 4-0.
Matt Murray made 26 saves to get the shutout for the Pens. Scoring for Pittsburgh were Evgeni Malkin and Jake Guentzel in the first period. Ryan Reaves in the second and Olli Maatta in the third period.
The Pens travel to Washington on Wednesday for a 7:30 p.m. face off. Coverage of that game can be heard on WISR 680am starting at 7:00 with the pregame show.
