The Pittsburgh Penguins visit the Ottawa Senators tonight in game three of their best-of-seven Eastern Conference final. Face-off is 8:10pm. Pre-game on WISR 680am will be 7:30pm. Patric Hornqvist, Bryan Rust and Justin Schultz all have “upper-body injuries” are considered “day-to-day”. The Pens could also soon see the return of injured defenseman Trevor Dailey. All have travelled with the team to Ottawa. The Pens are 4-2 on the road in the Stanley Cup Playoffs this year. Ottawa is 4-2 at home.
The Penguins announced Tuesday that Paul Steigerwald will not return as the play-by-play voice on their television broadcasts next year and will take on a media-based roll with the team. Steve Mears will take his spot in the booth.
