The Pittsburgh Penguins have signed defenseman Brian Dumoulin to a new six-year contract worth $24.6 million. The deal was signed in Toronto Monday just before a salary arbitration hearing was to begin. Currently the Penguins will only have winger Conor Sheary going to arbitration.
