Police in Cleveland are now asking Pennsylvania residents to be on alert for a suspect they say killed a man and then posted a video of the killing on Facebook.
A manhunt is underway for 37-year-old Steve Stephens. Police say he claimed to be angry at a woman when he shot and killed an elderly passerby Sunday afternoon and then posted the video.
He is described by law enforcement as a black man, about 6-feet tall and 250 pounds. He is bald with a full beard.
Police say he should be considered armed and dangerous. He may have traveled out of Ohio and may be driving a newer model white Ford Fusion.
