Due to the snow on Wednesday morning, PennDOT is temporarily reducing the speed limit on several local roadways.
The speed has been reduced to 45 miles per hour on Interstate 80 in Clarion and Jefferson counties.
PennDOT is urging motorists to avoid unnecessary travel.
