PennDOT is expanding online services for disabled drivers.
Kurt Myers is the deputy secretary of PennDOT and he says individuals with a permanent Person with Disabilities Parking Placard now have the option of finding various services online.
“The initiative allows our customers to renew their permanent placards, change their address on a product, or replace their lost, stolen, destroyed placard all online through our placard service portal,” Myers said.
Myers says this will make it easier for customers to access this service, and will also save the department money.
