Penn State Extension is asking local people involved in the food industry to complete a survey to help prepare for new food safety rules.
Pennsylvania produce growers, food processors, and animal feed manufacturers are working to comply with the Food Safety Modernization Act and Penn State Extension is developing education resources to help with that transition.
Each survey takes about ten minutes to complete and results will be compiled and evaluated after March 15.
