The Pittsburgh Penguins signed defenseman Brian Dumoulin to a two-year $800,000 contract Thursday. Dumoulin led the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton defensemen with 33 points over 62 games and a +25 rating last season. He has appeared in 14 games with the Penguins since being acquired in the Jordan Staal trade with Carolina.
