The Pittsburgh Penguins defeated the visiting Los Angeles Kings on Saturday night, winning by a final of 5-4.
The Pens came back from an early 2-0 deficit prior to giving up their own two goal lead in the third period. Saturday’s game ended in a shootout, with Bryan Rust scoring the game winner for the Pens. Scoring goals for Pittsburgh were Teddy Blueger, Jack Johnson, and Bryan Rust (two in regulation).
The Pens will return to action on Tuesday night, when they travel to Calgary to face the Flames. You can catch all of the action following the conclusion of the Knoch boys’ basketball game on WISR 680AM. Faceoff is set for 9pm.
