The Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency is keeping an eye on Hurricane Florence.
Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency Director Rick Flinn says PEMA is working with the Federal Emergency Management Agency in tracking Hurricane Florence.
Flinn says significant rainfall from Florence in areas of the state where the ground is already very saturated could have serious impacts. He’s urging PA residents to monitor weather reports and to heed any warnings from local emergency management officials.
He also recommends people go to the ready.pa.gov website for information on how to prepare in the event of an emergency.
