A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle and killed on the Pennsylvania Turnpike on Saturday afternoon.
It happened just south of the Butler County line in Pine Township, Allegheny County around 12:30 p.m.
The victim was identified as an 18-year-old male from Gibsonia. The Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office conducted an investigation and ruled the death a suicide.
