A Parker man was killed in a crash that happened late last week in Armstrong County.
The one car crash happened last Thursday just after 11 p.m. on Route 268, less than a mile from the Foxburg Bridge.
State police say the vehicle went off the road, hit an embankment and then collided into a utility pole. The passenger in the car, 40-year-old David Burk, was taken to Clarion Hospital where he later died from his injuries.
The driver, 35-year-old William Burk of Parker, suffered minor injuries and was taken to the hospital.
Police believe alcohol played a role in the accident.
