A local organization is holding a pancake breakfast fundraiser this weekend.
The Prospect Community Library Bookends group is holding a Buckwheat Bonanza Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to noon behind the Fairground Market on Route 422.
The menu includes buckwheat or regular pancakes, sausage, juice, coffee, and chocolate milk. Adults are an $8 donation, kids ages 4 through 12 are $5, and kids 3 and younger eat free.
Proceeds from this event will help pay for the programming needs of the Prospect Community Library.
