The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has upheld a ruling that will not count votes casted today for the amendment known as Marsy’s Law.
A preliminary injunction was issued last week, after the state’s Commonwealth Court found the law’s language not clear enough.
Voters will still be able to vote yes or no on the statewide victims’ rights referendum question today, but state officials cannot tally those votes.
