After the Commonwealth Court ruled that mail-in ballots with incorrect dates or no dates should be counted, the State Supreme Court is now reversing that decision.
With a vote of 4-3 the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that the Commonwealth Court did not have jurisdiction over this ruling.
Thus, mail-in ballots must have the correct date for them to be counted in the 2024 election until a further challenge is brought forward.
The judges did call for the case to be brought to the Supreme Court for the issue to be settled as the election approaches.
