In the hotly contested race to be the next Senator of Pennsylvania, the state’s Democratic Party did not reach a consensus in endorsing a candidate.
The battle appears to be shaping up between two Western PA candidates— Congressman Conor Lamb and Lieutenant Governor John Fetterman.
Lamb received over 60 percent of the vote during the meeting, but that was shy of the two-thirds majority.
Fetterman has led in early polls and also has been the lead fundraiser in the Democratic primary.
