Advisors and counselors with the PA Cyber Charter School have authorized a strike.
Officials with their association say that negotiations have been ongoing for the last two years, but so far no contract has been agreed upon.
The union says they are looking for safer working conditions and better healthcare.
The PA Cyber CEO set a deadline of July 31st for the latest contract proposal. The union declined and authorized the strike last week.
