If your morning commute usually takes you from Butler County into Pittsburgh via the Parkway North, you may want to rethink your route.
An overturned tractor trailer crashed and overturned about 1:30 a.m. Tuesday near Mount Nebo Road. No one was reportedly injured. The tractor trailer was the only vehicle involved in the crash.
Inbound traffic on Interstate 279 is down to a single lane at the crash scene. At 5 a.m., state police expected it to be “a couple more hours” before the scene would be cleared.
