Fire ripped through an Armstrong County pizza shop early Monday morning.
The blaze started around 1 a.m. at Giovonni’s Pizza on Route 268 in Sugarcreek Township, which is near the Butler County line.
Several fire departments were on scene and crews had to use an aerial truck to help put the flames from above.
No one was inside the shop at the time. The cause of the fire is under investigation but is thought to be accidental.
