No one was hurt when an overheated battery charger caught a bookshelf on fire Tuesday morning.
The fire started about 10:30 a.m. at a home on Cherry Valley Road in Clinton Township.
Saxonburg Volunteer Fire Department Chief Chris Ballina says crews were able to quickly get water on the bookshelf. Flames did not spread but smoke did fill the home.
Crews were on scene for about an hour.
