One person died in a crash involving a tractor trailer yesterday afternoon on Route 19 in Slippery Rock Township.
The two vehicle accident happened just north of the intersection with Route 422 just after 3 p.m.
Details on the crash are still unclear, but a car and tractor trailer collided, and dispatchers say the tractor trailer was on its side when crews arrived.
The coroner was called to the scene around 4:30 p.m. according to our news partners at WPXI.
Route 19 was closed as police investigated the accident.
