State police in Kittanning were called to the scene of a crash on route 28 in O’Hara Twp, Allegheny County.
The crash happened at 12:53 p.m. when the driver, 21-year-old Brittney Wodarek of Etna, PA was traveling South in the right lane of route 28 when a vehicle in front of her came to a stop. Wodarek tried to slow down and went into the left lane where she hit the guide rail. The vehicle then struck an embankment and rolled onto its side.
Wodarek and a passenger in the vehicle were not injured. She also received a traffic citation.
