An Ohio man has been arrested after police say he shot another man in the leg during a fight over presidential politics.
Darnell Hall, 45, turned himself in to Cleveland Police on Saturday.
The shooting allegedly happened back on July 25 at Winston’s Bar in Cleveland. Police say the two men started arguing over the election when Hall left the bar, returned and opened fire, striking the 60-year-old man once in the leg.
Hall denies the intentional shooting accusations and says the bar owner tried to grab his gun, which caused it to fire one shot.
The victim allegedly had said Republican Donald Trump would be a good president. Hall disagreed.
