A reminder is being sent out to property owners on the Butler-Freeport Trail to be careful when plowing snow.
Jefferson Township officials said that some residents are plowing snow onto the trail and in front of the gates, which blocks emergency vehicle access.
They say if there would be an emergency, that first responders would have a difficult time getting to the scene.
