An investigation is underway into what caused a fire that destroyed a northern Butler County garage.
The blaze started about 8:30 p.m. Monday at a detached garage on Kittanning Pike in Parker Township. Damage is estimated at $90,000.
Firefighters were able to keep the fire from spreading to a nearby home. No one was hurt.
Crews were sent back to the garage Tuesday to deal with a hot spot that was still burning.
The Butler State Police Fire Marshal Unit is investigating the origin and cause of the blaze.
