The National Weather Service is warning home owners against burning today, saying the conditions are ripe for brush fires to spread.
The winds could reach up to 35 miles per hour today, with a steady breeze around 15 to 25 miles per hour.
Combined with very dry air, the National Weather Service says that brings an elevated risk if you start a fire.
They say to avoid outdoor burning and make sure you don’t casually discard your cigarette butt and matches.
