An end-of-summer mainstay in northern Butler County is back this week.
The North Washington Rodeo kicks off with the annual parade Monday evening, followed by events Tuesday through Sunday.
President of the North Washington Volunteer Fire Department Dave Hazlet says the event is the primary fundraiser for the department.
The event is sanctioned by the International Professional Rodeo Association and was voted the second ‘Best Outdoor Rodeo’ in the world.
