A recent complaint about Slippery Rock University’s finances turned up no wrongdoing.
According to a spokesman with the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education, they recently had an auditing firm look into unnamed allegations about the university’s finances.
The firm found that no evidence regarding any of the alleged incidents.
PASSHE also added that “it’s important to note the finances of Slippery Rock University and all State System universities are audited annually in accordance with generally accepted audit standards.”
