Only minor injuries resulted from a chain reaction crash involving multiple vehicles on Interstate 79 Monday morning.
According to State Police, shortly before 9 a.m. an escort car for an oversized load was traveling on I-79 southbound north of Evans Road in Jackson Township.
When that vehicle moved from the right lane to the left lane, it caused a chain reaction crash involving at least three other drivers from the Butler County area. One driver from Grove City sustained a minor injury.
The escort car driver was charged with a driving violation.
