NexTier Bank has announced a new addition to their executive management team.
Tito Lima will lead NexTier as their new Chief Financial Officer.
Lima will be responsible for leading financial operations and activities at Nextier, as well as monitoring financial plans and budgets. NexTier has a presence in Butler, Armstrong and Allegheny counties.
Prior to joining the NexTier team, Lima served as Executive Vice President of Finance for National Penn Bancshares.
