Locally-owned NexTier Bank has named a new President and CEO.
Clem Rosenberger is expected to take the reins in mid-August following the retirement of Richard Krauland.
Rosenberger is a Southwestern Pennsylvania native and has worked in the banking industry for 19 years. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of both NexTier and Farmers & Merchants banks.
NexTier Bank has locations in Butler, Armstrong and Allegheny counties.
