The new Director of VA Butler Healthcare will host a town hall meeting next month.
The public is welcome to attend the event, which will be held Nov. 16 from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. at VA Butler Healthcare Building 1 (Room 403C) of the New Castle Road facility.
Veterans and the local community are encouraged to attend to meet and address any questions with VA Butler’s new Director on his first day at the facility.
David Cord is set to take over as director Nov. 15. He has been working for the VA for over 14 years, including most recently in Erie and Maryland.
“It is a sincere honor that I have the opportunity to lead VA Butler Healthcare,” Cord said in a statement. “I look forward to working with VA Butler leadership and their dedicated staff, Veteran’s representatives, congressional offices, the community, and most importantly, our Veterans, to continue to provide the high quality care Butler is known for.”
