Plans for an 81-unit townhome development are being considered in the northwest area of Cranberry Township.
The 24-acre proposed housing project would include three, five, and six unit structures accessed from Florida Boulevard which is currently a private gravel road across from the auto auction.
Improvements to that road are included with the development plans as well as the addition of sidewalks, lighting, street trees, and municipal water and sewer service.
Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors will continue to hear testimony and possibly take action on the developer’s application at a meeting on Thursday.
