A national HVAC company is moving their western Pennsylvania headquarters from Pittsburgh to Butler County.
Limbach Company plans to transition into a 19,000 square foot facility at 797 Commonwealth Drive in the near future.
About half of the space will be used for office space while the rest of the building will be used to assemble HVAC systems. Limbach provides regional HVAC maintenance and service.
Following a public hearing, the Cranberry Township Board of Supervisors recently approved a conditional use request to allow light manufacturing at the facility.
