A new scholarship in Cranberry Township looks to reward those who serve the community.
It’s named after the late Thomas Hodder who passed away last September. He was a life member of the Cranberry Township Volunteer Fire Company after serving 48 years.
The new scholarship will recognize an active member of the Cranberry VFC who also volunteers in the community.
The $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to one person each year. More info is available on Cranberry Twp. VFC’s website.
