A Lawrence County man has been sentenced on charges of violating federal narcotics laws.
U.S. Department of Justice officials say 28-year-old Nathaniel McKnight of New Castle will serve 105 months in prison followed by four years of supervised release.
According to authorities, McKnight conspired to move drugs such as fentanyl and cocaine from Columbus, Ohio to Western PA beginning in 2019 and continuing until August of 2020.
Aiding federal law enforcement in this investigation were officers with the Lawrence County Drug Task Force and the New Castle Police Department.
