A popular program that started during the pandemic could return to restaurants and bars in the state.
A bill that would make cocktails-to-go permanent has been proposed in the state senate. The law was first created during the pandemic, but expired after the emergency order ended last year.
Supporters of the bill say this will allow bars and restaurants to expand their offerings and continue to provide more help in their recovery from the pandemic.
