A new apartment complex could soon be coming to Cranberry Township.
The board of supervisors recently heard a proposal about a 14-building apartment complex that would be built near the Cranberry Springs development.
This is the area near the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex.
The proposed complex would have over 300 units on nearly 14 acres of property. It would also include a clubhouse, pool, sport court, dog park and more.
The Board will consider plans at a meeting later this week.
