A new residential apartment complex is coming to Cranberry Township.
The board of supervisors approved the final plans for the complex which will go on 7 acres of land at the corner of Route 19 and North Boundary Road.
Township officials say the development will be two buildings and have 68 apartment-style units. There will also be more than the required amount of parking spaces and open space.
Streetscape enhancements are also coming to North Boundary Road.
