Butler City Police are asking for the public’s help in piecing together what happened late last week in the city’s West End.
Officers were dispatched to North Sixth Avenue, between West Penn and Wood streets, at 10:30 p.m. Thursday after receiving a report of multiple shots fired.
According to Butler City Police, multiple shell casings were recovered at the scene. Witnesses told police they saw two men fire the shots.
Police say a vehicle that was present at the time of the shooting has been recovered and impounded. There were no injuries reported and police say no criminal charges have been filed.
