Children who are interested in nature and photography are invited to an event this Wednesday to hone their skills.
From 5:30pm to 8pm Wednesday, children ages seven through twelve are invited to the Carousel Shelter at Alameda Park to be a photographer for a day. During the event, participants will discuss photography basics and take a closer look at local nature.
The cost of the event is $3, and participants are asked to bring their own digital cameras. Additionally, an adult must accompany each child.
