Nascar has suspended the crew chiefs of Brad Keselowski and Kevin Harvick for violations discovered at Phoenix Raceway last weekend. Keselowski’s car failed post-race inspection and his crew chief Paul Wolfe has been suspended for three races. In addition to a $65,000 fine for Wolfe, Keselowski loses 35 championship points. Harvick’s loses 10 championship points, and his crew chief Rodney Childers will miss this weekend’s race in California.
Nascar driver Pete Hamilton, who won back-to-back Daytona 500’s in 1970 and 1971 has passed away at the age of 74.
