NASCAR announced new participation guidelines for its three national series on Tuesday, further highlighting the opportunities for young drivers to compete for championships in the X-finity and Camping World Truck Series. Starting in 2018, drivers with more than five years of full-time experience in the Monster Energy Series will be limited to a maximum of seven X-finity Series races and five in the Truck Series. Current rules allow for a maximum of ten races in the X-finity Series and seven Camping World Truck Series starts.
