A motorcyclist was injured when his bike collided with a car Sunday afternoon just over the Butler County line.
The crash happened on Freeport Road near Mile Lock Lane in Harrison Township in Allegheny County.
The motorcyclist was reportedly thrown from his bike upon impact. The man was taken by ambulance to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.
A portion of Freeport Road was closed while police conducted an accident reconstruction survey.
