A motorcyclist from Butler is recovering from their injuries after they crashed on Route 422 in Plumcreek Township, Armstrong County on Friday.
The Kittanning State Police say that just before 2pm, 64-year-old William Naleppa of Butler was riding west on Route 422 when he hit a dead deer that was in the middle of the lane.
After hitting the deer, Naleppa lost control of his bike and flipped the bike onto its right side.
Naleppa was taken to a local hospital with moderate injuries. He will not face any charges.
