An expecting mother who was in labor made it to the hospital, but her baby couldn’t wait until they got inside to be born.
Whitney McElravy gave birth Wednesday night to her son Liam in the parking lot of Butler Memorial Hospital.
Snow made Whitney and her husband Ben’s trip into the hospital a bit longer.
Ben said mother and baby are doing great and thanked people for the quick responses at the hospital after he ran into the emergency room for help.
Liam is 7 pounds 8 ounces and just over 20 inches long.
