If you are heading to Winterfest at Moraine State Park this weekend, know there is a location change.
In previous years, the event was at the McDanels Boat Launch. This year, the festivities will take place on Saturday (2/4) on the South Shore.
There will be the 5K run/walk, the chili cook-off, an ice plunge, horse drawn wagon rides, dog sleds, crafts, a bon fire, cross country skiing and more.
This is the 7th year for the event and is being put on by the Moraine Preservation Fund.
It will run from 11am-4pm.
